All of our homes come standard with double pane high performance windows, a state of the art HVAC system, radiant backed energy efficient decking and construction methods geared toward sealing the envelope of the home for the most efficient results.  Besides being energy efficient and environmentally sound, our homes will save you money through lower utility bills and fewer repairs.

Finally, to ensure quality and performance, all of our work is inspected by licensed, third party professionals in their given field. All of our homes must meet the highest industry standards and pass inspections before any foundation is placed, any sheetrock is hung, or any home is considered finished.

The peace of mind you will receive with one of our homes is what the home buying experience should be all about. Once the home is complete and all inspections have been performed, you will receive a ten year structural warranty and validation that your home has passed a blower door test verifying its participation in the Energy Star program.
