At Union Hill Builders, we are committed to building homes of the highest quality for our customers. To ensure our quality and because we stand behind what we build, we are members of the Residential Warranty Company LLC warranty and inspection plan. In order to get this 10 year structural warranty, all homes are inspected by 3rd party licensed inspectors at critical phases throughout the construction process.

Our homes follow a three phase inspection process that gets you the warranty you deserve.  First, our homes are inspected before the foundation is placed to ensure proper makeup, beam depth and form placement in accordance with our engineered blueprints.

Secondly, all of our homes are inspected before the sheetrock is hung. This ensures that the frame is sound, all mechanical systems are fastened correctly, and that the insulation is correctly installed in order to perform at its peak level.

Finally, all of our homes are inspected at completion to ensure they receive not only a certificate of occupancy, but verification that they meet the requirements for Energy Star. These measures ensure your home is ready to receive you and your family and give you the most comfortable and livable environment possible.

At completion, an RWC warranty booklet and validation sticker enrolling your home in the program are issued.
